Believe It: Bad Habits Are Killing You

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 480,000 people a year die from smoking cigarettes and vapes. More than any disease in America.

If you are considered to be overweight, losing as little as 5% of your body weight may lower your risk for several diseases including, but not limited to, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

According to the American Psychological Association, chronic stress is linked to the six leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver and suicide. And more than 75% of all physician office visits are for stress-related ailments and complaints.

Read each of the following thoughts. As you imagine and say each out loud, notice how you feel.

  • The mind-body controls the functioning of the body.
  • If a person thinks only thoughts of a perfect body what do you think will happen?
  • What if you could learn the secrets to have perfect health mind body and spirit, what do you think would happen regarding finances, spirit, physical health, relationships, career?
  • The person who is in continuous harmony with their subconscious mind being in control to get their goals will more easily see and act upon opportunities to have the outcome they want.
  • Guided self-hypnosis is so powerful with the right hypnosis master teacher.
  • If you are experiencing anger, lack, overwhelm, anxiety, emotional or physical pain, overweight, smoking, etc. you cannot be at your full potential.
  • Are you on the competitive or creative part of your emotional mind? There is a huge difference between the results of each.
  • Is the conception and perception of yourself in complete harmony with the outcomes you desire? Imagine if they were.

Notice how people reacted to this year’s lockdown and emotions around it. Observe how those same responses show in the way those same people get or do not get desired outcomes over a lifetime. Affirmations don’t cut it. Positive thinking doesn’t cut it.
